Pupils perform “alarming” feat
I don’t know how true this story is, but it would be funny as hell if it were.
Do you remember the Mosquito Alarm? A few months ago, shopkeepers in Europe started using it to “repel” teenagers. It’s a high pitched sound that apparently only under-20s can hear. Well, the story (true or not?) is that the students have now harnessed that sound and made it a ringtone for their phones during school hours. We all know that teachers can hear the “vibrate” ring, but they wouldn’t be able to hear the Mosquito Alarm.
I hope this is true. Serves the assholes right for creating something as horrible as a “teenager repellent”. Anyhow, if you’d like to see if you can hear the sound (I still can, at the ripe old age of 23), click here.
