The Café Crawl
One of the beautiful things about working on the nets is that you can work from anywhere. Like your kitchen table. Or the neighborhood café. Or the café a little farther down the road. What can I say? Caffeine is my substance of choice. Or at least it is today.
Caffeine is way better than beer. That’s why Josue, Lisa and I are doing a café crawl today. We started out at Muñoz Y Nanne, the shopping area 100m from my front gate. After we bored of M&N, we walked our butts into Curridabat, a nearby neighborhood, and parked ourselves at the Bagelmen’s. And we’ve been drinking coffee like our lives depended on it. All day. Yum yum.
Danny said we should start a meme. Ok, let’s. It’s called the Café Crawl Meme and I frankly don’t care whether you like my alliteration or not. Because you’ve got to walk with me. Walk with us. Take your computer, take your webcam, and get yourself to a wifi hotspot. Take a picture and look happy about it. Because with a coffee in hand and a free Internet connection, you have something to smile about.

As if you’re ever going to find free wifi in Newbury.
We have free wifi all over here. And I live in podunk…Dunkin Donuts is calling my name. Or some other place…like McDonalds…we don’t have cafe’s. I don’t think. I’ll look into it.
What about tea? Coffee is too hot and bland for me, thus I am a tea person. Black tea with a spritz of lemon and sugar….mmm.
I too am a tea person, there is nothing like a steaming barrel of the stuff. Yes, I drink my tea by the barrel.
